3. Treatment Sessions

We’ll schedule regular treatment sessions to help you achieve your goals. These sessions may include Somatic Breath Work, Hakomi, or NeuroAffective Touch, depending on your treatment plan.

 

4. Follow Up

After each session, we’ll follow up with you to check in on your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

 

5. Ongoing Support

We’ll continue to support you throughout your healing journey, providing guidance and resources to help you maintain your progress and achieve lasting wellness.
